A father of three who tried to rob and rape his female escorts because he needed money for Christmas has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Wrong Woman
But it seems he picked the wrong girl. The female escorts had a firearms license and were knowledgeable about weapons. She realized the note was fake and fought him off, after which he fled the apartment.
He said the crime had “severely affected the woman” but that it was her “first offense.” A five-year sentence is mandatory, but the judge deviated from this because he pleaded guilty too soon.
When he arrived at the apartment, the woman he was traveling with was let into the room, at which point he pulled out “gun,” demanded cash, and said he was going to rape her. During the struggle, the weapon fell to the ground and broke.
The quality looks good.
The woman gave the guards the phone number she called, and they could trace the number to where the guards were arrested.
He confessed quickly, said he needed money for a holiday, and thought that since she was small, “I could take her.”
She managed to kick him, but it seemed he was wrong in that respect. The woman also admitted to this, commenting that “she wasn’t as small as I thought she was.”
She also said that while the woman had completed a self-help course as female escorts, it could also be noted that “she was able to cope well enough without the course.”
The female escorts said that she felt very embarrassed that the victim thought that the female escorts would rape her there.
She also said that her client had no alcohol or drug problems and no criminal history. According to his lawyer, a married attendant with three children and grandchildren tried to call the woman afterward to apologize but admitted it was a foolish move.
Athletically generous
OK, I understand he may not have a criminal history. I also accept he was left high and dry. But seriously, this sentence looks pretty generous to me. Would you threaten to rob or rape someone only to end up returning to your family? I don’t care if that guy is you, but you shouldn’t get away with this.
